Interior of a farm located near Warsaw. Surrounded by the countryside, this house is designed like a stone barn. Our design fits into such an atmosphere while remaining contemporary. The style of this interior can be described as rustic minimalism.
Our main goal was to expose the architectural values of the space we found. We achieved this by covering the walls and the floor with monochromatic coatings (warm and light lime paint, microcement, architectural concrete) and uncovering the most beautiful elements of the wooden structure (including the roof truss, ceiling, staircase in the hall). Thanks to this, the most important decoration of this interior is its structure, effective shapes of rooms and the structure of finishing materials.
We filled the warm, minimalist space with rustic accessories in the form of reclaimed antiques, furniture made of natural materials (stained oak, Irish Green marble or Calacata viola), design classics such as Meribel Charlotte Perriand chairs and contemporary lighting (e.g. the Anders lamp from the group Pinch, or alabaster ADA Wall Lamps from all Maker).
